LBA’s project management service covers the definition, planning, leadership, stakeholder management, control and successful delivery of projects.

 Our aim is to become an integrated part of the project management team that assists our clients in establishing their options, defining their project needs and managing project delivery.

 Our clients’ projects are diverse and include major infrastructure projects such as transportation, water and nuclear, as well as building projects. We specialise in understanding the specific needs of each project and strive to ensure the project team is set up to deliver them. We are able to provide a scalable level of support to projects, ranging from Project Director for large complex projects through to small package project managers delivering discreet packages of work.

 LBA’s project management knowledge and capabilities are backed up by our experienced staff who can call upon a wide range of lessons learnt from various projects. We have a number of Association for Project Management (APM) champions who promote best practice for project management within the company.  LBA aims for all our project management staff to be trained through the UK’s largest professional body for project management and programme management (APM)  in order to achieve an industry-recognised standard.
